Cancellation Charges

More than 48 hours before pick-up - 20% of the booking amount will be charged.

24 – 48 hours before pick-up - 25% of the booking amount will be charged.

Within 24 hours before pick-up - One day's rental OR 30% of the booking amount (whichever is higher) will be charged.

No-Show Policy

Your booking will be considered a No-Show if:

It is canceled on or after the scheduled pick-up time, OR

You fail to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

In such cases, the full booking amount will be forfeited and the vehicle will not be provided. A fresh booking will be required.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued only via online transfer to your registered bank account.

Cash refunds are not available.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
